  Running or Moving:                                                                  Juan Silva running for school marathon. 

However, he could not last the whole race and after running five miles he fell because of his fatigue.

             Student at Akins getting ready for track tournament. He decided to take this tournament really serious because it was his last year in High School

                                                   Warming up to go to the big race in Dallas, Texas. He needs to improve his skills because the race is one of the most hardest one since it gives prizes to the third,second and first places in each category.

1. Are you proud of yourself? Yes because i never thought about being student of the month.

2. Do you think student need to be recognize every month? Yes, because students work hard

3. Should teachers have teachers of the month as well? Yes, because teachers need to be recognize as well.

5. How would reward yourself? By trying hard each month.

6. What does being student of the month mean to you? Being recognize of the hard work.

7. What are some qualities you have than other students do not have? I like to work hard to accomplish my goals.

9. Do you think a month is enough to show that you are good? No, maybe they should do it ever two weeks.

10. Should every student try to be student of the month? Yes, that way they can accomplish more goals.

14.  Would you motivate other students to be student of the month ? Yes, because I think everybody can do it.

19. Should students get prizes for being student of the month or student of the year? Both it would be more fair.

Front Pages of the World

My favorite newspaper was Times Union from New York because it has serious and funny information in the front page.

The headline is the "Suspects in plain view" making me interested on who were the individuals that put the bombs in the marathon in Boston.

It has 12 stories.

Size of headlines are the same and the news are written vertically keeping a pattern.

The size of the photos and colors are different in each headline.
